The staff were not very friendly or helpful throughout my stay. They lacked in providing good customer service and seemed disinterested in assisting guests.

the hotel provided clean rooms and comfortable beds. Another positive aspect was that the hotel was located near a busy street full of restaurants and shops. the hotel was conveniently located near the public transport system, which made getting around easier.
